Note: cured products (bacon, ham, some sausages) contain sugar and nitrites. Sorry, we don't offer alternative curing methods. Our Box o' Pork is a great option if you have dietary restrictions.
Our heritage breed pigs are born outdoors (no farrowing crates, ever!) on our farm and allowed to live a life as close to their natural habitat as possible. We make sure they've got plenty of protection from the rain and wind in winter and shade or wallows to cool off in all summer long.
