Frozen
Our chickens are raised entirely outdoors, allowed to scratch and peck at the grass and soil from just a few weeks of age. Conventional chicken breeds that are used to climate control and high-octane feeds don't thrive in our natural setting, so we raise a breed called Freedom Rangers. They take a bit longer to mature and are more expensive to produce, but we like their heartiness and "chicken-y" flavor! Rest assured, there are no added hormones or antibiotics used in our poultry production.
